3、 Main structure and working principle
A microfilter is a mechanical filtration device consisting of main components such as a transmission device, overflow weir water distributor, and flushing water device. The filter screen is made of stainless steel wire mesh. Its working principle is to enter the overflow weir water distributor from the water pipe mouth, and after a short period of stable flow, it evenly overflows from the outlet and is distributed on the filter screen of the rotating filter cartridge in the opposite direction. The water flow produces relative shear motion with the inner wall of the filter cartridge, resulting in high water efficiency. Solid matter is intercepted and separated, rolled along the spiral guide plate inside the cartridge, and discharged from the other end of the filter cartridge. The wastewater filtered out from the filter screen flows away from the water outlet directly below under the guidance of the protective covers on both sides of the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge of the machine is equipped with a flushing water pipe, which uses pressure water(3kg/cm2)Spray in a fan shape to clear the filter screen and ensure that the filter screen always maintains good filtering ability.

4、 Equipment installation
1Firstly, organize the installation personnel to familiarize themselves with the structure, function, and characteristics of the equipment. Pay attention to all instructions and requirements in the technical documentation.
2Check for any defects in the equipment.
3Construction shall be carried out according to the basic structure diagram, with a flat foundation surface and reserved hole spacing and verticality deviation not exceeding10Millimeters.
Installation level:
1After the basic maintenance period, installation should be carried out. The foundation surface and bolt holes should be washed clean, and the anchor bolts should be cleaned with gasoline. The threaded parts should be coated with oil, and the bolts should be inserted into the bolt holes of the equipment.
2Lift the equipment onto the foundation and perform the first grouting.
3Perform machine calibration after the first grouting solidification. Using precision as0.05mm/The frame level of the meter is used to measure the levelness of the equipment based on the rack, and it is allowed not to exceed0.5mm/Rice.
5、 Operation of equipment
ATrial operation:
1Check if the fastening bolts of the machine body are tightened, if the meshing of the transmission gears is appropriate, if there are any abnormalities in the drum support wheels, if the wiring of the motor is correct, and if the movement of the filter cartridge is light.
2Start the motor, observe whether the filter cylinder rotates correctly, whether the gear transmission is normal, and open the inlet valve to operate2—4Hour by hour, pay attention to any abnormal phenomena and ensure the stability of the rack.
BOperating instructions:
1Before starting up, check if the sprinkler pipe is unobstructed.
2Firstly, start the electric motor and spray pipe valve, and then open the feed valve.
3When shutting down, first close the feed valve and clean the mesh before closing the spray pipe, and finally turn off the motor.
6、 Maintenance and upkeep
1It must be used when the equipment is in normal working condition.
2Oil the transmission gear once a shift and the idler bearing once a month.
